New Residential Assistance for Families in Transition (RAFT) and Emergency Rental and Mortgage Assistance (ERMA) are two programs funded by the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development able to provide assistance up to $10,000 of direct funding to eligible households that can be used to help keep their housing, obtain new housing, pay their mortgage, or otherwise avoid becoming homeless - access CTI's flyer for more information.

Day Center is open 5 days/week Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. for community members who are unhoused for a safe, healthy location to provide access to restrooms, charging stations for telephones, and to get out of the weather.
