Shared Streets and Spaces Trials

The City of Lowell was awarded a grant to purchase equipment to create trial traffic calming installations. Trial installations will include speed humps, bumpouts, chicanes, mini roundabouts and sidewalk extensions.  The 3/28/2023 presentation to the City Council Transportation Subcommittee can be found here.
