CITY CLERK

3.1.

Minutes of City Council Meeting January 9th, for acceptance.

CITY COUNCIL - MOTIONS

4.1.

C. Gitschier - Req. City Mgr. provide the City Council with a list of all water main breaks repaired by outside contractors during FY24 (July 23 - current); the locations of each water main break; the date of each water main break; the size of the water main; and the cost of each repair.

4.2.

C. Gitschier - Req. City Mgr. provide City Council with all work order requests for roof repairs at the Pawtucket Memorial School over the last year and action taken; include date of request, date of response and action taken. (Video Attached)

4.3.

C. Jenness (Re-File) - Req. City Mgr. have proper department explore the possibility of creating an emergency winter shelter for single adults experiencing homelessness similar to what the City of Worcester is doing with their former RMV space.

4.4.

C. Jenness (Re-File) - Req. City Mgr. provide detailed report to the Council showing vehicle / pedestrian, vehicle / bicyclist and other similar accidents over the last five years.

4.5.

C. Jenness/C. Nuon/C. Leahy (Re-File) - Req. City Mgr. have proper department provide report on best practices for adding censure of a member to the City Council Rules.

4.6.

C. Jenness/C. Scott (Re-File) - Req. City Mgr. have proper department evaluate the feasibility of creating a residential parking sticker program for the Back Central neighborhood.

4.7.

C. Leahy/C. Jenness (Re-File) - Req. City Council discuss and approve a procedure to fill a vacant Council position opened during the term.

4.8.

C. Robinson - Req. Mayor create an ad hoc subcommittee to explore possible uses for vacant Superior Court House.

4.9.

C. Chau - Req. City Mgr. update on the status of the renovations of school playgrounds and when they will be completed.

4.10.

C. Chau - Req. City Mgr. work with proper departments to restructure snow parking bans in the City so that there is less impact on business in the City.

4.11.

C. Chau - Req. City Mgr. work with the proper department and the LRTA to explore the possibility of allowing the businesses at Thorndike Exchange the option of leasing and/or validating patron parking in the LRTA garage.
