CITY COUNCIL - MOTIONS

8.1.

C. Yem - Req. City Mgr. have the appropriate department provide an update on the status of the collapsed retaining wall of CityPoint Condominiums at the corner of Middlesex and School Streets.

C. Mercier - Req. City Mgr. find ways and means to televise the meetings of the Lowell Sustainability Council.

C. Gitschier - Req. City Mgr. look into purchasing handheld decibel (dB) meters for all police cruisers to enforce the City’s Noise Ordinance (Chapter 204).

C. Gitschier - Req. City Mgr. provide the City Council with a list of City board members serving with an expired term.
