C. Gitschier - Req. City Mgr. have Law Department review all executive session minutes since January 2022, and recommend voting to release any minutes that no longer meet the guidelines to be held confidential.

C. Gitschier/C. Jenness - Req. City Mgr. have the proper department provide an update on the water main under the Beaver Street Bridge.

C. Yem - Req. City Mgr. have proper department create “Lowell Beautification Program” to recognize home and business owners who make Lowell an even nicer place to live by creating and maintaining beautiful landscaping.
