12.1.

C. Chau - Req. City Mgr. direct the proper department to clean trash, cut grass and empty barrels at the public parking lot near Cupples Square bordered by Coral, Leroy and Loring Streets.

C. Chau - Req. City Mgr. investigate and change the settings for the two flashing traffic signals (flashing yellow and flashing red) at the intersection of Chelmsford and Cambridge Streets to full functioning (red, yellow, green) traffic signals.
