The City of Lowell’s Water/Sewer/Refuse bills issued in August and September were delayed due to the Lowell Regional Water Utility migrating to a new billing software. Due to the delay you will notice there are an extra three weeks of usage on these bills. This should only affect the August and September billing cycles.
Payments can be made to the Treasurer’s Office - Lowell City Hall 375 Merrimack Street, Room 30, Lowell, MA 01852. Payments can also be made online at lowellma.gov.
