In accordance with MGL Chapter 200A Section 9A. The City of Lowell will post for 60 days Vendor & Payroll Tailings. This listing will expire on July 3, 2017. If your name is on the list please fill out the attached form (Tailings Stop Request Form) and mail or deliver the form to the Treasurer’s office for a replacement check. Please note replacement checks will be submitted to the Auditor’s office monthly. Checks are printed the third week of the month. All requests must be received in the Treasurer’s office by the beginning of the second week. If you have any questions please call the Treasurer’s office 978-674-1701 and ask for Donna.
