YOUR ARPA DOLLARS AT WORK!

Through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), The Federal government awarded over $76 million to the City of Lowell.  Driven by input from the community and working with Lowell City Council and the City Manager’s office, ARPA dollars are being put to work to assist residents, non-profits, and local small businesses with ongoing recovery efforts from the COVID-19 pandemic.
