    DD214 Rent verification ( or letter stating you live there ) 3 Months complete bank statements income letters (SSA, VA, pensions Ect. ) Last 4 weeks pay receipts Home owners insurance/ property tax bill, water/sewer bill Birth certificates for all dependents Marriage certificate Death certificate if the Veteran is deceased there may be additional documents requested at the time of the application
