Disabled persons may park at a meter without putting in any money, according to the following:
The disability placard must be hung on the vehicle's rear view mirror.
The disability placard must be clearly visible and legible.
The person that the disability placard is issued to must be present and in the vehicle.
The disability placard must be valid.
The disability placard's dates must be current.
