All meetings are held in the Mayor's Reception Room on the second floor of Lowell City Hall (375 Merrimack Street) beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the second Monday of the month (unless otherwise noted, posted, or advertised).
NOTE: Submittal deadlines are for those applications determined to be Major Development and requiring proper notice and public hearing. Staff will determine during the application and design review process if a public hearing is necessary depending upon the level of work proposed.
* Third Monday due to the 10/12/26 holiday.
