2026 Election Information

Lowell voters will have four opportunities to vote in 2026 beginning with a special state primary and election for State Senate.

• Special Primary – Tuesday, February 3, 2026
• Special Election – Tuesday, March 3, 2026
  
  
• State Primary – Tuesday, September 1, 2026
• State Election – Tuesday, November 3, 2026

Mail-in ballots for all elections in 2026 and may be requested online at www.mailmyballotma.com.

There will be no in-person Early Voting for the Special Primary or Election. Voters wishing to vote by mail need to apply soon. The deadline for your Special State Primary application to be received is 5:00 PM, Tuesday, January 27.

In July, the Secretary of State will send a Vote by Mail Application to voters who do not request ballots for all 2026 elections.
