Election & Census

The Election and Census Department directs all Municipal, State and Federal Elections, administers the campaign finance law for municipal candidates and committees and conducts the Annual Street Listing (Census) within the City of Lowell. The department is responsible for the maintenance of all voter and resident records, serves as a source of public information, provides voter education and outreach and encourages participation.
